Then begin to think about each one by itself as well as the level you are currently doing the work for within your own personal journey. Take one statement and use it consciously all day. At the end of the day, just before sleeping, review the use of it and what effects it had that day for you and your actions.

The Four Levels of Healing

1. Student Level - Lack of Clarity: This initial awakening to emotional neediness and control is crucial because it marks the beginning of self-awareness.
