Thank You For Your Support

Updated: Dec 12, 2022

Today I'm relaxing and unwinding reading my emails before I jump into my Self Care Sunday Ritual of skincare, body care, and meal prepping ahead. This will be my last one for the next six weeks as I will be resting and healing due to my recovery from both surgeries. I recently broke my toe during vacation in San Diego so I had to have surgery to fix that, I'm at the pint where I can get back to my normal routine. But recently I was having stomach issues and was diagnosed with diastases recti (abdominal separation and damage can be expected after giving birth to four children) so since I was already down for foot surgery recovery I went ahead and moved forward with repairing the muscle that were separated and damage with an abdominoplasty procedures. But today, I'm focus on being grateful and appreciative for all of you and lovely emails and prayers for a quick recovery. Thank You!♥️

Being thankful for all of my readers, clients, and customers.

I am so appreciative for being able to share the tools and techniques that have helped to change my life for the better with you all. When I get your beautiful messages of how my shame story and life in recovery has helped you deal with your anxiety, codependency, emotional eating, sugar addiction, abandonment and childhood emotional neglect trauma how mindfulness meditation, developing a favor mindset, shadow work journaling, eating healthier to overcome sugar addiction, establishing self care rituals and making money moves as a highly sensitive entrepreneur has helped you be more present in your life, business or even how Moonology: Manifesting With The Moon has helped you discover deep hidden passions that shifted the trajectory of your life —this is what I work for.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Not only does Gratitude and Appreciation allow for the increase of that which is already going well it works well to shift the energy of that which you find isn’t working in your favor.

The best part is that you don’t even have to give direct attention to whatever isn’t working, you just need to be more mindful of what isn't working, nit really dwell on it too much.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here are some tips to help you find some appreciation during difficult times you may face this holiday season that can help you stay calm, mindful, and focus on the good while staying mindful of what may need to be release that no longer serves you:

1. What is this experience teaching you about what you truly desire? How has it clarified this for you?

2. What are you now aware that you are willing to let go of or to no longer allow in your life?

3. What is this experience showing you that you have overlooked, taken advantage of, or not respected? How you can take this and turn it into an opportunity to give more thanks?

Happy Holidays Guys
