Vaginal Cleanser Juice

Updated: Jan 6, 2023

Womb Wellness

I first learned about womb wellness after reading Queen Afua book Sacred Woman. It was a required reading from my spiritual teacher who was helping me work through my vagina atrophy and unresolved abandonment and childhood emotional neglect trauma from my past.

I learned that your reproductive health is very important to consider when thinking about your overall health. Any kind of hormonal or pH Imbalance can lead to yeast infections, Irritation, and discomfort. Because I was an avid juicer. Being I preferred juicing over smoothies my spiritual teacher shared with me four recipes. One for pH balance, sex drive and the other two for vaginal health. These juice has the ability to ease all of these issues leaving you feeling cleansed and balanced. The ingredients tackle the proteins in your reproductive system and helps regulate your pH balance. This is alongside, easing the Irritation, yeast infections and other vaginal discomforts.

Firstly, peaches are packed with Vitamin E, which is an oxidant that can protect your organs from oxidative stress.

Carrots are a rich source of beta carotene and lutein, which are antioxidants that can help prevent eye damage caused by free radicals

Cranberries help balance the vagina's pH level, and its acidic property helps fight bacteria that cause infections.

Lemons also support vaginal health as their acidic nature helps maintain the vagina's healthy pH level.

Orange juice can increase the pH or urine, making it more alkaline.

Lime contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties making it effective against a wide range of degenerative disorders, including several that affect the brain and one’s mental health, and your libido suffers greatly when your mental health is compromised by stress, despair, or worry.

Watermelon, aids in one’s blood vessels, which may include a rise in libido for it contains an amino acid called citrulline which may help one boost their libido.

Beet which is abundant in nitrates and boosts one’s nitric oxide levels, which improves sexual health in those with poor libido.
