Updated: Apr 13

Avocados are a type of fruit that are typically oval or pear-shaped and have a green or blackish-green skin. They are known for their creamy, rich flesh and are often used in a variety of dishes, such as guacamole, salads, and spreads. Avocados are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin K, vitamin C, and potassium. They are also a source of healthy fats and have been linked to a number of health benefits, such as improved heart health and weight loss.
