Spiced Life Conversation Recipes: Low-Sugar Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

What You'll Need: 

- 1/2 cup Low-Sugar Vanilla Protein Powder of your choice or Vanilla Protein ready drink

- 2 large eggs 

- 1 cup peanut butter natural, smooth

- 3/4 cup almond flour


Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir gently until smooth OR replace the vanilla powder with  the Vanilla protein-ready drink of your choice

  3. Line a baking sheet with a single piece of parchment paper

  4. Roll two-inch balls with your hands. Gently place balls on the baking sheet or pan with enough space between each

  5. Flatten cookie dough balls using a fork to create a "criss-cross" visual. See the picture above for reference

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cookies cool before eating
